Were working with a leading Digital Marketing agency thats expanding rapidly and looking for ambitious, commercially driven Account Managers to join their high-performing team.

Youll act as a trusted advisor to your clients – helping them achieve real results from their campaigns while identifying opportunities to grow their investment and your commission.

What youll be doing

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, driving retention and revenue growth
  • Identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities across a full range of digital marketing solutions
  • Deliver regular account reviews, turning performance data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and become their go-to digital expert
  • Develop and execute account growth plans to maximise customer value
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in CRM systems

What youll bring

  • Experience in sales or account management with a track record of achieving targets
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Proven relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, organised, and results-driven approach
  • Digital marketing knowledge is desirable but not essential
