Make a Difference Close to Home – Care Support Workers Needed in Wolverhampton
Do you live in or around Wolverhampton and want a role that truly matters? Are you looking for flexible hours, meaningful work, and the chance to support people in your local community? Lifeways is looking for compassionate and reliable Care Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Wolverhampton.
This is a 30-hour contracted role where full flexibility is required. You’ll be supporting adults with complex needs, in a service that makes a real and lasting impact on people’s lives.

Shift Patterns
Support is provided across seven days a week, with shifts including:
- 7:00am – 2:30pm
- 2:30pm – 10:00pm
- Long days: 7:00am – 10:00pm
Flexibility across these shift types is essential, including waking nights when required.
