About the Role
This is an exciting time to join an established, global manufacturing organisation with over 100 years of history.
Building high-level relationships throughout the organisation, this role will work with global peers to deliver key account projects to ensure that they are delivered on time. Working through the matrix, partnering with other global corporate functions.
This is a team leadership position across Europe. With the Sales Lead accountable for driving sales growth through a team of direct-report Key Account Managers alongside indirect KAM resources operating within the matrix structure. Leading and embedding key practices in Account Management, this position is responsible for leading a team to drive sustainable business growth and ensuring that they deliver on targets.
This position operates within the global scope of the business unit and maintains strong matrix alignment with Sales Manager peers worldwide.
