  • £70,000-£80,000 per annum
  • Start date as soon as possible


The role works cross-functionally with clinical operations, regulatory teams, vendors, and study start-up groups to deliver compliant, data-driven solutions that support study milestones.


This position also monitors vendor performance, analyses recruitment metrics, and drives continuous improvement through process optimization and strategic adjustments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement study-specific recruitment and retention strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on study timelines and enrollment goals
  • Develop and execute patient engagement plans prior to first patient visit
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with SOPs and contractual expectations
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to optimize recruitment performance
  • Review and refine patient-facing materials for clarity, accuracy, and compliance
  • Oversee logistics and execution of recruitment campaigns and initiatives
  • Track budgets and evaluate financial impact of recruitment strategies
  • Maintain documentation, tracking systems, and process guidelines
  • Stay informed on regulatory requirements and industry best practices


A strong background in clinical research, patient recruitment plans and retention strategy is essential for this role.
