Private Equity Research Analyst

Camino Search is currently partnering with a growing boutique private equity advisory firm hiring for a Research Analyst to join the team.

This firm sit at the intersection of strategy, execution, and transactions, working directly with private equity firms to support origination and due diligence, and with portfolio companies to drive value creation and capital raising.

This role offers exposure to the full investment cycle, and we are looking for a highly motivated and analytically strong Research Analyst to work closely with senior leadership on market research, deal screening, and strategic analysis, playing a key role in informing investment decisions.

Paying c.£40,000 per annum plus bonuses, ready for an immediate start (can wait up to 4 weeks) predominantly remote with an office location in Mayfair.

Required Experience:

• 0-2 years of experience in fields interacting with private equity, M&A, or investment banking.
• MUST be fluent in English and one of the following: French, German, Spanish, Italian.
• Proactive, self-starter mindset, comfortable operating in a fast-paced start-up environment adapting to rapidly changing priorities.
• Highly analytical approach with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong academic background, ideally with a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
