Sales Advisor

Our client, a prestigious 5* housebuilder, is looking to appoint an New Homes Sales Advisor to join their high-performing team across developments in Dorchester.

The Role

Working across Dorchester, you will take ownership of the full sales journey, delivering a first-class customer experience while achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Our client is seeking a polished, driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is confident dealing with a high-end product.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to completion
• Conducting high-quality viewings and showcasing premium properties
• Building strong relationships with buyers and providing expert guidance throughout the journey
• Proactively generating and following up on leads
• Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems
• Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams
• Ensuring show homes and sales suites are presented to an exceptional standard
• Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in new homes sales or a similar property sales role
• Estate agency
• Strong track record of achieving targets
• Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

What Our Client Offers

• Up to £30,000 basic salary
• £65,000 realistic OTE
