An excellent opportunity has arisen for an executive assistant to join a top tier law firm based in their London office.

• 8 weeks initially
• 4 days in the office
• 9am-5pm
• Overtime: time and a half for first four hours; double time after
• Competitive salary

The Firm

A top tier City law firm with a strong international presence has an exciting opportunity for an executive assistant to assist a partner in their tax team.

The Role

• Diary management
• Updating the database
• File opening and closing
• Document management
• Booking taxi's, hotels and travel
• Assisting with expenses
• Assisting with billing
• Scanning and filing

The Requirements

This role would suit someone who has experience in an EA role or has some office experience in a corporate setting.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
