We are currently seeking outstanding engineering professionals for senior-level opportunities with established international organizations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Technology, or a related field
More than 10 years of experience in corporate or industrial environments
Strong capabilities in project development, research and development, or engineering innovation
Solid hands-on engineering experience across relevant technical fields
Experience holding senior or leadership roles within organizations, such as Senior Engineer, Technical Lead, R&D Manager, Engineering Director, or equivalent
Proven track record of leading projects, driving innovation, or managing complex engineering initiatives
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual salary in the range of GBP £200,000 – £280,000, depending on experience and qualifications
Flexible working arrangements, including remote or hybrid options depending on the role
Opportunity to work on high-impact, large-scale engineering and technology projects
Additional one-time incentive of up to GBP £250,000 may be available for selected candidates through a global talent initiative
