This role sits within that team, playing a critical part in how we engage, manage, and retain the specialist external and freelance talent that helps to power our work.



The Role


We're looking for a highly organised and people-savvy coordinator to own and manage our freelancer engagement process end-to-end. From sourcing and screening candidates through to onboarding, compliance, and ongoing relationship management, you'll be the central point of contact between our freelance network, internal managers, and support functions such as Payroll and Finance.


A key part of this role involves managing IR35 status determinations and ensuring all contractor engagements are fully compliant with HMRC regulations - so a working knowledge of UK off-payroll working rules is essential.

This is a Part Time role - 2.5-3 days per week / 18-22.5 hours per week.
