An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join a modern and growing law firm with a strong presence in the real estate sector.
You will work closely with experienced lawyers on a broad range of commercial property matters, supporting transactions from instruction through to completion. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build on existing experience within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leases
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as leases, licences to assign, and reports on title
- Supporting due diligence processes, including searches and raising enquiries
- Managing files and maintaining accurate records within the document management system
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other third parties
- Monitoring key dates and assisting with exchange and completion processes
- Providing general administrative and legal support to the wider team
About You
- Previous experience working as a paralegal within commercial property or real estate
- Good understanding of the commercial conveyancing process
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- A proactive and team-focused approach
