Role Overview

The Chief Legal Officer (CLO) is responsible for architecting and operating Evermere’s global legal framework across its proprietary fund structures, SPVs, and transaction platforms.


This is a high-intensity, execution-oriented role designed for a legal leader operating at the intersection of corporate structuring, fund architecture, and real-time deal support. The CLO will build and run a modern legal function capable of supporting daily transaction flow across multiple jurisdictions, with particular depth across the UK, North America, and Europe.


The mandate is to enable speed without compromising control — constructing legal frameworks, processes, and tooling that allow the deal teams to originate, structure, and execute opportunities at pace, while maintaining institutional-grade legal integrity.
