About the Role

We’re looking for a Swedish speaking Medical Information Specialist to join our Medical Information team at Inizio Engage. This is an exciting opportunity for a life sciences graduate with strong language skills to support healthcare professionals, patients, and customers across Swedish markets. You’ll act as a scientific expert, delivering accurate and balanced medical information while ensuring the highest standards of compliance and quality.

What You’ll Be Doing-

• Handling medical and technical enquiries in Swedish and English via phone, email, and digital channels
• Researching and analysing enquiries to provide accurate, evidence-based, and compliant responses
• Identifying and documenting Medical Information enquiries, Adverse Events, and Product Quality Complaints
• Ensuring all work aligns with internal SOPs, client requirements, and regulatory standards
• Accurately recording all interactions in internal and client databases
• Supporting follow-up activities and case management processes
• Maintaining high levels of quality, accuracy, and productivity
• Collaborating with colleagues across the team, including supporting training and shared tasks where needed

What We’re Looking For-

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Life Sciences
• Fluency in Swedish (native or near-native) and English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work proactively and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
• Previous experience in Medical Information, customer service, or healthcare is beneficial but not essential
