Bordereaux analyst

Senior Bordereaux Analyst - Lloyd's Market - Permanent - £65-75k

3 days per week in the office

2 x Bordereaux opportunities - Advertised is the more senior role, there is also a more junior role, paying £45-55k.

To manage the end-to-end processing of premium, risk, claims and paid bordereaux. This includes validating data received from Coverholders or third-party administrators ensuring compliance with reporting standards, supporting regulatory reporting and enabling financial and underwriting performance tracking through delegated authority-specific platforms and internal systems.

Bordereaux Management

Receive, review and process incoming bordereaux from Coverholders and TPAs in line with binding authority agreements.

Ensure data quality and compliance with Lloyd’s Coverholder reporting standards.

Maintain bordereaux schedules and ensure timely ingestion into internal systems.

Data Validation and Upload

Cleanse, map and upload bordereaux to internal systems.

Identify and investigate anomalies, missing data and contract breaches.

Resolve data and mapping queries from third party outsource partners.

• Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in a bordereaux management, oversight and processing
• Familiarity with Lloyd’s regulatory framework, including binding authority contracts, Coverholder audits and reporting standards
• Strong understanding of bordereau types: premium, risk, claims and paid
• Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in bordereaux management, oversight and processing at a senior analyst level
• Strong knowledge of Lloyd’s and Company Market practices including experience with Lloyd’s systems including ATLAS, DCOM, ECF2, IMR & Crystal
• Watertrace (BDX & IQ Canvases) system knowledge preferable
• Educated to at least A-level standard, degree preferable
• Relevant professional qualifications e.g. CII, LMMIT, LM1/LM2 or desire to work towards
