To provide professional, consistent first line HR support within a fast paced operational environment. This role has a strong focus on employee relations, supporting managers with day-to-day people matters to ensure a fair and compliant team.

● Proven experience in a HR Advisor/Officer role within a fast-paced environment

● Good employee relations experience and confident on advising

● Experience supporting frontline/shift-based teams

● Good working knowledge of current employment law
