Process Technicians

Haverhill area

£16.68 per hour inclusive of shift allowance

Monday to Friday | Triple shift pattern

If you enjoy a structured production environment, take pride in doing things properly, and are confident following clear processes and written instructions, this could be a great fit.

I am recruiting for a number of Process Technicians to join a busy manufacturing team working across a Monday to Friday triple shift pattern, comprising:

  • 6am – 2pm
  • 2pm – 10pm
  • 10pm – 6am

This role will involve a mix of working with automated manufacturing equipment (around 75%) and manual production activity (around 25%), so it would suit someone who is happy working in a hands-on environment but also comfortable operating machinery and following process controls carefully.

Due to the location and working hours, own transport is essential.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a stable weekday shift-based role within a process-led manufacturing setting, where compliance, consistency and teamwork are all important.

The role will involve:

  • Operating, monitoring and controlling manufacturing equipment
  • Following strict written instructions and standard operating procedures
  • Charging raw materials and supporting production processes
  • Completing batch documentation accurately
  • Reporting any process deviations or issues
  • Equipment setup, cleaning and basic maintenance
  • Working to high standards of quality, safety and hygiene
  • Supporting a well-run, compliant and efficient production operation

To be considered, you will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, laboratory or GMP-regulated environment
  • A good standard of written English and basic numeracy
  • The ability to follow procedures carefully and consistently
  • A reliable, team-oriented approach
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude to learning
  • Confidence working both independently and as part of a wider shift team
