In this senior role, you’ll work closely with the site leadership team, acting as a trusted partner to steer both operational people activity and long‑term initiatives that support growth, capability, and engagement.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as the senior people expert for managers across all functions.
  • Leading a broad generalist remit including talent acquisition, engagement, learning & development, ER, and succession planning.
  • Driving the culture agenda, with a strong focus on engagement, capability, and leadership development.
  • Shaping, developing, and implementing people policies and supporting continual improvement across the site.
  • Playing a key leadership role in customer audits and ensuring compliance across all people-related processes.
  • Influencing senior stakeholders and contributing to strategic discussions at management meetings.
  • Able to manage the hands-on aspects of the role in conjunction with the strategic agenda.

  • A collaborative, credible HR partner with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
  • Demonstrated success operating as a strategic people leader.
