Legal PA – City Law Firm (Hybrid)

We’re currently supporting a well-established City law firm looking to bring in a Legal PA to support a team of senior lawyers.

This is a varied role offering a mix of diary and travel management, client interaction, and involvement in wider team activity, with real exposure across the business.

Key responsibilities:

• Complex diary and travel management
• Supporting senior lawyers with day-to-day coordination
• Client liaison and meeting organisation
• Assisting with billing and general team administration

What they’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a Legal PA or professional services PA role
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience)

Working pattern: Hybrid (London-based)
