Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Client Sourcer(er) at Magic Personnel London, based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with the flexibility to work from home on selected days. The Client Sourcer(er) will be tasked with identifying and attracting qualified caregivers and support professionals to meet client needs. Daily responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting initial screenings, maintaining an organized database, building strong relationships with candidates and clients, and ensuring placements align with the company's high standards of service. Collaborative teamwork and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Commission based with much scope for growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in candidate sourcing, recruitment, and networking
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and candidates
• Experience in using recruitment platforms, social media, and databases to attract and track candidates
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Familiarity with the childcare or household support sectors is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software tools
