We are seeking an experienced AI Architect with a strong background in healthcare to lead the design and implementation of advanced AI-driven solutions. This role will focus on building scalable, secure, and compliant AI systems that improve patient outcomes, streamline clinical workflows, and unlock value from healthcare data.
You will work closely with clinical stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and leadership to define AI strategy and deliver impactful solutions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions tailored to healthcare use cases (e.g., diagnostics, patient risk prediction, operational optimization)
- Lead the development of scalable AI platforms and data pipelines
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)
- Collaborate with clinical and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies, including generative AI and large language models
- Establish best practices for model governance, monitoring, and lifecycle management
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and data science teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or architecture roles
- Proven experience in the healthcare or life sciences domain
- Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Understanding of data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements in healthcare
