About the Role

We are looking for HR Business Partner/ HR Generalist to play a key role in supporting our customer‑facing operation. This hands‑on operational role requires a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, capability development and colleague retention. This is an office-based, Monday – Friday role located in Coventry with travel to Watford when required.


This newly created HR position will be the first point of contact for line managers and leaders and offer a pragmatic approach to enable leaders to make confident, consistent and fair decisions.

You’ll join a small, collaborative People team, working closely with another HR Business Partner, HR Administration, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development.


This role is ideal for someone that is a Senior HR Advisor or HR Generalist looking to develop their career in HR. Solid influencing skills, resilience and the ability to build trusted relationships are key requirements to be successful.
