The Opportunity

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Talent Partner to join a leading global name in Prestige Beauty. This is a pivotal role supporting a portfolio of high-end, luxury skincare and cosmetic brands that sit at the intersection of clinical efficacy and premium lifestyle.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and execution across multiple European markets, ensuring we attract top-tier talent for a business that is scaling rapidly.

The Role

This is a hands-on delivery role. You won't just be advising; you will be \"in the trenches\" managing a consistent pipeline of approximately 15 active requisitions at any given time. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards of candidate experience while meeting rigorous efficiency targets.

Key Responsibilities

• European Recruitment Delivery: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for various functions across our European hubs, ensuring a seamless process from briefing to offer.
• High-Volume Precision: Manage a steady workload of ~15 hires simultaneously, balancing speed with the quality required for a luxury brand.
• KPI Driven Performance: Drive excellence against core metrics, with a primary focus on Time to Hire and Cost per Hire without compromising on talent caliber.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers across different cultures and regions, providing market insights and robust interviewing frameworks.
• Sourcing Strategy: Utilize advanced headhunting techniques and social sourcing to identify passive talent in the competitive beauty and luxury sectors.

The Candidate

• FMCG/Beauty Background: Significant experience recruiting within the beauty, luxury, or premium consumer goods sectors.
• European Exposure: Proven track record of hiring across multiple European jurisdictions and understanding local market nuances.
• Operational Excellence: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by hitting delivery targets and KPIs.
