Location: Lasham (Alton)Salary: £36,000 – £40,000 + Overtime + On-Call + Event Work (OTE 43.5K PA)
We’re building our maintenance team ahead of peak season and need another mechanic to keep the fleet moving. This is different to working in a customer-facing dealership or garage. You are repairing and maintaining our fleet of vehicles.
This is a hands-on role, primarily focused on vehicles , servicing, fault-finding, and keeping them compliant and reliable day -to – day.
Alongside vehicles, there is additional work across trailers, generators, and welfare units, plus breakdown support and event work during the summer.
The role
* Servicing and maintaining fleet vehicles* Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs* Preparing vehicles for MOT and inspections* Preventative maintenance to reduce downtime* Attending breakdowns when required (company van provided)* Supporting wider equipment when needed* Completing job records and maintaining compliance standards via a workshop app

Requirements
* Time-served mechanic or NVQ Level 2+* Strong mechanical understanding* Full UK driving licence
Experience with commercial vehicles, trailers, or plant is advantageous but not essential.
