Every day is unique-you’ll work closely with pupils to build trust, develop independence, and celebrate progress in all its forms. What you’ll do:

• Support students with a range of complex learning needs
• Work alongside experienced teachers and therapists
• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

What we’re looking for:

• Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for SEN
• Experience with complex needs (preferred, not essential)
• A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
