Relevant service advisory experience within either the car, HGV, construction plant, agricultural machinery, plant hire or similar technical sector. Role -Service Advisor Act as the main point of contact for customers booking in vehicles for servicing, maintenance, and repairs. Handle complex queries, complaints, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution. Books MOTs as required.
