About the Primary Class Teacher:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum
• Supporting pupils' development in phonics, reading, writing and maths
• Confident with delivering either Little Wandle and/or Read, Write INC
• Ensure the curriculum reaches all learners
• Working closely with teaching assistants and year group colleagues

The school is looking for a Primary Class Teacher who:

• Holds QTS and has recent EYFS and/or KS1 teaching experience
• Has a strong understanding of phonics and early learning strategies
• Maintains high expectations for behaviour and progress
• Is organised, proactive and reflective in their practice
• Works well within a collaborative team
