Quantum Scholars are working alongside a secondary school in North Hampshire who are seeking to appoint a Science Teacher on a full-time, permanent basis from September.

The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a candidate who:
- Has strong UK teaching experience across KS3 and KS4
- Is passionate about teaching Science
- Demonstrates a commitment to high-quality teaching and learning
Requirements- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- A degree in a Science-related subject
- Proven experience teaching Science at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students
- Must have a full right to work in the UK - no sponsorship available.
Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging and effective Science lessons
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Support students of all abilities to reach their full potential
- Contribute to the development of the Science curriculum
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and participate in school initiatives
