Chartered Town Planner - Exciting Consultancy Opportunity (London / Hybrid)

I'm currently working on behalf of a well-established, multidisciplinary consultancy that is looking to appoint a Chartered Town Planner to join their growing planning team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced planner seeking to take the next step in their career within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

The RoleYou will play a key role in delivering a wide range of planning projects across sectors including residential, commercial, infrastructure, and mixed-use developments. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you'll be responsible for managing projects from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and managing planning applications and appeals
• Providing strategic planning advice to clients
• Preparing planning statements, reports, and supporting documentation
• Liaising with local authorities, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams
• Supporting junior team members and contributing to business development initiatives

About You

• MRTPI Chartered Town Planner (or working towards chartership)
• Proven experience within a consultancy or similar environment
• Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and policy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
