Job Title: Speech and Language Therapist
Start Date: ASAP - 1 day a week - flexible hours
Location: Carshalton
Key Responsibilities:
As a Speech and Language Therapist, you'll play a vital role in helping learners access their chosen curriculum by:
- Conducting holistic assessments and delivering person-centred interventions.
- Supporting students with communication, social, and behavioural needs.
- Collaborating with teaching teams to embed communication strategies across settings
- Providing training and coaching to staff
- Working closely with families, carers, and external professionals
What We're Looking For:
- A recognised qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
- Experience in special educational settings
- A background in working with young people and adults with complex needs, including Autism and profound learning difficulties
