This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting pupils with SEN and contributing to a positive learning environment where every child feels valued.

In this role, you'll work closely with the class teacher to support day-to-day classroom activities, helping pupils remain engaged, confident, and motivated in their learning. A key aspect of the position will involve providing targeted support for children with Special Educational Needs, both on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, ensuring all pupils can access the curriculum and reach their potential.

Key Details:

• Classroom Assistant role in a mainstream primary school
• Stroud location
• ASAP start
• £90-£105 per day (depending on experience)
• Full-time: 8:30am - 3:30pm
• Long-term temporary position with potential for permanency
• Clear DBS required (or willingness to apply)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and structured lessons as a Classroom Assistant
• Provide tailored support to pupils with SEN, adapting learning activities to meet individual needs
• Work with pupils individually and in small groups to boost confidence and progress
