Monday - Friday Flexible shifts (7am-3pm or 3pm-1am)
We're working with a well-established and growing manufacturer specialising in high-precision cutting tools, supplying into a range of specialist industries.
Due to continued growth and investment in their CNC division, they're looking to recruit an experienced CNC Cutter Grinder to join their team.

The Role
- Setting, programming and operating CNC grinding machines (Walter, ANCA or Rollomatic)
- Producing high-precision cutting tools (standard and bespoke)
- Working from engineering drawings and specifications
- Inspecting finished tools using measuring equipment
- Troubleshooting machining and tooling issues
- Maintaining a safe, clean working environment
Essential Experience (Non-Negotiable)
- Proven CNC cutter grinding experience is essential
- Experience on Walter, ANCA or Rollomatic machines
- Strong setting and operating capability
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- High attention to detail
Applications without CNC grinding experience will not be considered
