What will you be doing?:- Wiring and assembling electrical control panels and sub assemblies from drawings and parts lists
- Mechanical assembly of cubicles and frameworks
- Completing assembly record cards for traceability and compliance
- Working to company standards and quality procedures
- Identifying and correcting faults or rework during inspection and test
- Updating issue logs and liaising with design engineers
- Supporting production deadlines with a flexible approach when required
- Assisting in leading a production bay alongside the team leader when needed
Where will you be doing it?- You will be based on site in Stone, Staffordshire, working as part of a wider assembly and test team within a well established system integration business operating across highly regulated sectors including energy, water, renewables and manufacturing, delivering complex control and automation projects.
What will you need?- Minimum 3 years experience in control panel wiring or similar
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematic diagrams
- Experience with electrical and mechanical assembly
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Flexible approach to working hours when required
- Eligibility to obtain SC clearance
