Must have's- AssocRICS or MRICS qualification
- Minimum of five years experience carrying out Level 2 residential surveys
- Confidence surveying post war and modern housing stock
- Comfortable specialising in Level 2 surveys long term
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong professional and ethical standards aligned with RICS guidance
- Comfortable using iPad based inspection and reporting systems
- Full UK driving licence
So, what will you be doing?- Undertake Level 2 Home Surveys on standard good quality residential properties
- Complete a consistent number of surveys each week
- Use an iPad based system to produce clear professional reports
- Organise and manage site visits within an agreed geographic area
- Liaise professionally with clients when required
- Maintain high standards of accuracy consistency and professionalism
