Teaching Assistant
- Annual Salary: £23,000 pro rata

We are excited to offer four positions for full-time Teaching Assistants at Jigsaw School. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about education and looking to make a significant impact in a supportive learning environment. Interviews are scheduled for the 12th of May.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of daily lessons and educational activities.
- Support individual students and small groups under the direction of the lead teacher.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment.
- Observe and record student progress, reporting back to the lead teacher.
- Participate in school meetings and training sessions.
- Engage with students to foster a positive learning atmosphere.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in an educational setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and education.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
