Academics Ltd is looking for a caring and proactive Classroom Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in Gloucester. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact by supporting pupils with additional needs and ensuring they receive the individual attention and support they need to thrive.

You will work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to deliver personalised support for pupils with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. Your role will be key in creating a calm, positive, and inclusive learning environment where every child feels respected, understood, and encouraged to succeed.

• Enhanced DBS (Or willingness to apply for one)

Key Responsibilities as a Classroom Assistant:

• Collaborate with the class teacher to deliver dynamic and engaging lessons.
• Provide targeted support to students, both individually and in small groups, especially those with special educational needs (SEN).
• Create and maintain a positive, inclusive atmosphere that allows all students to excel.
• Support in maintaining a well-organised and safe classroom environment.
