Job Description
Key Responsibilities:nnLead the design and technical delivery of AV systems from initial client discussions to project handover.nValidate design and tender information to ensure alignment with the client's intended functionality.nManage all project deliverables, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, while coordinating with internal and external project stakeholders.nProduce high-quality technical documentation, including cable schedules, schematics, rack layouts, and projection studies, using AutoCAD.nMaintain a clear and organized bill of materials, managing changes and ensuring all team members are updated.nConduct site surveys to understand project scope and limitations before installation, including taking measurements and coordinating with site teams.nLead internal project meetings, working with project managers, procurement teams, and colleagues to track project status and resolve ongoing issues.nEnsure smooth project handover, ensuring clients are satisfied with the installed systems.nProvide pre-sales technical support as needed.nContribute to the ongoing improvement of internal processes by identifying issues and suggesting solutions.nStay informed about AV industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.What You Need To Succeed:nnAt least 6 years of experience in AV, construction, or technical project delivery.nExperience across multiple markets, such as experiential, virtual production, sports, broadcast, and corporate.nExcellent communication skills, fluent in English.nHighly organized with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.nAbility to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.nStrong understanding of project goals, risks, and how to deliver on them or mitigate them.nAbility to communicate complex technical requirements to non-technical team members and clients.nSelf-driven and able to work effectively in a team.nStrong IT skills, including proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD), Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.nSolid knowledge of construction management, with experience collaborating with contractors and architects.nWillingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.Preferred Qualifications:nnDegree in Engineering or a related field.nExperience with 3D design and Revit/BIM software.nCTS Certification.nExperience with complex projection systems.What Sets You Apart:nnA passion for AV technology and delivering exceptional results.nStrong initiative and the ability to learn new tools quickly.nA track record of delivering high-profile projects with a focus on innovation and quality.nExperience working with cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.If you're ready to bring your expertise to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
