Quality Engineer nnCroydonnn36.5 Hours Per Week – 08:30-16:30 Mon-Thu & 08:30-15:30 Frinn£40,000 to £50,000 Basic + Up To 8% Of Salary Bonus + Pension + Life Assurance + Dental Health Scheme + Cycle To Work SchemennQuality Engineer required by a well-established manufacturer. nnThe Quality Engineer will need an HNC / Degree level qualification (or equivalent), be internal or lead auditor certified (or equivalent) and experience of quality engineering in a safety critical engineering environment. nnThe company are renowned for their engineering excellence and operate within strict quality guidelines such as ISO9001 and RISAS.
nnThis is a great opportunity for a Quality Engineer looking to join a growing, international business who have an excellent staff retention rate and company benefits. nnThe Quality Engineer Role:nnAssist in maintaining the company quality management system and ensure compliance with the appropriate standards.nComplete internal audits and special process workstation assessments.nSupport the Quality Manager,, follow up with internal departments regarding NCR’s raised from internal and external sources.nConduct supplier assessments, audits and appraisals.nComplete internal, external, customer FAI’s.nConducting process / Quality training and supporting Mechanical Inspectors at goods inwards.nnThe Quality Engineer:nnHNC / Degree level qualification (or equivalent).nInternal or lead auditor certified (or equivalent).nExperience of quality engineering in a safety critical engineering environment.nExperience of using measurement equipment such as micrometres, callipers, height gauges and CMM’s
