nnThis is a pivotal role within a growing BEMS division, focused on driving service excellence, improving processes, and ensuring small works projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and to a high standard.nnThe Role:nnYou'll be responsible for managing and improving the delivery of remedial and small works projects stemming from service contracts, ensuring:nnProjects are delivered on time and within agreed marginsnLogistics, materials, and engineer coordination are effectively managednSales teams are supported with technical and delivery insightnCustomers receive a proactive, high-quality service experiencenProcesses and procedures are continuously improved to enhance deliverynThe core aim of this position is to strengthen and evolve the existing service offering through effective management, structured processes, and strong customer communication.nnRequirements: nnThis position will likely suit an engineer who may be looking to come off the tools and into a more office based position but still utilising your technical skills and expertisenEqually, it is suited to someone from within the BMS sector who is in a more commercial level role nownA good technical understaning of building management systems (BMS) is requirednKnowledge / experience of Mechanical HVAC PlantnStrong communication skills will be key along with good organisation skills nnA great opportunity in a key role and joining a brilliant team and company who can offer on-going training and development. nnINDBMS
