Key ResponsibilitiesnnBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with venue stakeholders, ensuring mutual growth and alignmentnAct as the main point of contact for venue event enquiries, coordinating responses, site visits, and solutionsnManage incoming briefs, gaining a clear understanding of client requirements and expectationsnDevelop creative and commercially sound proposals aligned with venue capabilities and budgetsnCollaborate with internal teams to design and deliver engaging event solutionsnEnsure all financial elements, including quoting and invoicing, meet targetsnIdentify opportunities to introduce additional services across the wider businessnMaintain consistency and quality across all client communications and proposalsnMonitor event outputs to ensure high standards of deliverynShare market insights gathered through venue relationships to support business developmentnSupport delivery teams with venue-specific operational knowledge (e.g. access, restrictions, capabilities)nEnsure all technical, creative, and logistical requirements are clearly communicated and executednnTechnical Skills & ExperiencennStrong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)nExperience working with event equipment and/or live eventsnBackground in a fast-paced administrative or account management rolenGood financial awareness, including budgeting and working to targetsnUnderstanding of how different business functions (e.g. operations, transport, finance) interact
