This is an opportunity for a Senior Accountant to join a business who are thriving due to continued developments in their innovation. The Financial Controller will be recruiting on an initial interim basis for 6 months, and will be responsible for managing the finance function of the business. Due to the nature of the business, there is a realistic possibility that the initial interim appointment could lead to a permanent contract.

About you

• Fully Qualified Accountant with 5+ years post qualified experience
• Strong experience in budgeting & forecasting, financial modelling
• Management accounting, financial planning & analysis experience
• Previous experience of designing and implementing processes
• Available at short notice
• Strong communication skills

What you'll do

• Oversee all day-to-day and month-end activities
• Develop cashflow forecasts, and provide regular updates to Senior Management
• Run monthly management accounts process
• Lead annual budgeting process
• Monitor performance against budgets, identifying and explaining variances
