Head of Kitchen - Primary Schools needed in Gotham

PAYE - Reference: RQ1690946

Pay: £13.27 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day running of large primary school kitchen providing approximately 280 meals per day.
• Prepare and serve meals to pupils and staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and hygiene regulations.
• Order stock and manage budgets effectively.
• Supervise and support kitchen staff.

Schedule: 25 hours per week - 8:30am to 1:30pm

Qualifications:

• Level 3 food safety
• Enhanced DBS

Contract type: Part time role on a temporary contract basis.
