Overview

We are seeking a Technical or Product Manager with a food or FMCG background to oversee a range of specialist products in a regulated manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will work autonomously while collaborating with multiple partners and suppliers to maintain product standards, manage technical documentation, support audits, and oversee issue resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Act as key technical contact for internal and external partners across multiple products.
  • Maintain product standards and technical specifications in a regulated manufacturing setting.
  • Manage and update technical documentation and documentation control processes.
  • Support product audits and regulatory submissions.
  • Coordinate issue resolution and root‑cause analysis for product and process deviations.
  • Participate in cross‑functional projects and provide technical lead where required.
  • Deliver specialist training to team members and suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Technical or Product Manager in food or FMCG.
  • Proficiency working with external suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Strong technical and compliance understanding in a regulated environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self‑directed with a desire for a varied, autonomous role.
