Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Derby for a Fleet Sales Admin at NK Motors. Key responsibilities include supporting the fleet sales team in administrative functions, managing sales processes efficiently, preparing and processing necessary documents, and maintaining detailed and accurate customer records. The individual will also be tasked with coordinating with clients and ensuring outstanding customer service, contributing to customer satisfaction and retention efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fleet Sales and proficiency in Sales Processes
• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Outstanding Communication skills to interact with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines
• Proficiency with common office software and sales tools
• Prior experience in the automotive sales or fleet sector is advantageous
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
