Revenue Operations Manager | London (Hybrid)
Interv_l are partnered with a high growth energy software company that are hiring for a GTM Enablement Manager to sit at the heart of a high-growth business, working across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to drive revenue performance and operational excellence.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives on solving problems, improving processes and driving projects through to completion.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning cross‑functional projects end‑to‑end across the GTM function
- Improving pipeline performance, lead generation and deal progression
- Building sales enablement materials and optimising CRM/data flows
- Streamlining customer onboarding and reducing time‑to‑value
- Identifying and fixing operational friction across teams
What they're looking for:
- Experience operating across multiple commercial functions (Sales/Marketing/CS)
- Strong project delivery skills – from scoping through to execution
- Hands‑on with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and reporting
- A proactive, structured operator who takes ownership and drives outcomes
- Interest or experience in EV / energy / sustainability is a plus
- Work directly with an experienced leadership team
- High‑impact role with real ownership and visibility
- Opportunity to shape and scale a GTM engine from the inside
