Role Description

We are seeking a diligent and reliable Security Officer to join our team in an on-site role at our Bagshot location. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring the premises, ensuring the safety of customers and staff, preventing theft or damage, and assisting with any security incidents. Additional duties include conducting regular surveillance, responding to alarms, enforcing company policies, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for all visitors.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform effective surveillance and monitor security systems
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers, staff, and law enforcement
• Experience in emergency response and incident reporting
• Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
• Attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Physical fitness to perform patrols and stand for extended periods
• Prior experience in a security role or relevant qualification is a plus
• A valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) license is preferred
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service
