Oakham School is seeking to appoint an inspiring and committed Assistant Director of Hockey in delivering a high‑quality, ambitious whole‑school hockey programme. The role involves coaching teams, supporting elite and performance pathways, and delivering engaging, player‑centred training sessions that promote long‑term athlete development.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and organised coach, committed to excellence both on and off the pitch. Alongside coaching, the role includes contributing to programme organisation, sports scholarship delivery, and promotional activity, as well as playing a full part in the life of a busy boarding school community.
