Senior Project Manager | Bristol (Hybrid)
We’re partnering with a global engineering leader in the semiconductor manufacturing equipment sector to find a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of complex, high-value engineering programmes across multiple technical workstreams.
This is a senior delivery leadership role, responsible for end-to-end project execution across large or multiple medium-sized projects, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
Responsibilities
- Full ownership of project planning, scheduling, scope, and cost control
- Developing and maintaining detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
- Creating and managing RAID logs (risks, actions, issues, decisions) with mitigation planning
- Establishing and maintaining RACI / responsibility matrices across teams
- Leading multidisciplinary and global stakeholder groups
- Providing clear, consistent project reporting to senior programme leadership
- Driving successful delivery of complex engineering programmes through to completion
Qualifications
- Degree in a technical / engineering / science discipline
- Recognised project management qualification (APM, PRINCE2 or equivalent experience)
- Strong background in managing complex technical projects or programmes (ideally multi-phase / long lifecycle)
- Experience with engineering and/or software-enabled projects
- Strong capability in stakeholder management across global teams
- Excellent understanding of WBS, RAID, governance, and project controls
- Experience using project planning tools (e.g. MS Project)

Salary
Up to £63,000
