Business Improvement Lead

Our Business Improvement Lead will be responsible for managing Compco’s daily operations and coordinating projects from our Worcester Head Office.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design and implement wider strategic plans, coordinating between internal departments and leading on the administrative tasks.
• Build strong relationships with managers and stakeholders to foster excellent communication.
• Analyze financial and business reports, collect data, and deliver summaries.
• Upkeep of internal systems, ensuring everything is recorded and filed correctly.

What You’ll Need:

• Previous experience in a Business Improvement Lead role or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management experience, able to see projects through from inception to completion.
• Proactive and positive attitude with the ability to use own initiative.
• Flexible approach to tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Full UK Driving License.

This is a temporary contract role that is office-based role and would require the successful Business Improvement Lead to attend Monday-Friday at Cleeve House, Malvern Road, Worcester, WR2 4YX.
