YOUR JOB
- Step in as the go‑to lead when the General Manager is away, keeping everything running smoothly
- Own and drive the delivery of top‑tier customer care, making sure every guest has a great experience
- Keep a close eye on daily operations to ensure all company processes and standards are consistently met
- Support our GM in her duties, including room checks and follow‑ups on action plans and reports
- Act as a hands‑on leader on the floor – jumping in where needed and leading by example
- Help motivate, guide, and develop the team to maintain a positive, high‑energy work environment
- Spot opportunities for improvement and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table
YOUR PROFILE
- Previous experience in hospitality, ideally in a supervisory or management role
- A hands‑on mindset – you’re not afraid to jump in and get things done
- A natural people person with a passion for delivering great guest experiences
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks without losing your cool
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment
- Confidence in making decisions and taking ownership when it counts
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are always a plus)
- A good understanding of operational processes and an eye for detail
- Positive energy and the ability to contribute to a fun, team‑driven atmosphere
