Role Title: Pre-Construction Commercial Manager

Business Unit: Asset Intelligence

Location: Warrington or London

Role Purpose

The Pre‑Construction Commercial Manager plays a key role in supporting the commercial governance, contractual assurance, and risk management of pre‑construction activity across the Galliford Try portfolio. Working collaboratively with estimating, legal, operational, design, and delivery teams, the role ensures bids and early‑stage projects are commercially sound, compliant, and aligned with operational delivery.

This role provides commercial leadership throughout the tender lifecycle, helping to identify, understand, and mitigate risk while supporting the preparation of competitive and high‑quality submissions. The position offers flexibility, including remote working, with travel to regional offices and client meetings as required.
