We are delighted to be supporting a long-standing consultancy client based in London’s West End with their search for a Senior Project Manager to be a part of a Project Management team delivering a complex masterplan in London.
This role will require some travel across London to site and you will be working with a high-profile developer who are behind this particular scheme.
Candidates will need to come from a consultancy background and know their way around JCT D&B contract administration and have experience in an Employers Agent capacity.
Your role will see you delivering a large retail programme as part of the wider development. Working with your client to ensure retil units are ready for incoming occupiers. Candidates will ideally have retail, fit-out and shell & core experience across commercial (office) projects.
Due to the urgency of this role, candidates will need to have a 4 week / 1 month notice period and be in place by the end of June.
Interviews are currently taking place on a first come first serve basis. This is not only a fantastic project to be working on but the team and wider business are at the forefront of the consultancy market in London.
On offer is a very generous benefits package on top of a base salary of up to £80,000 per annum.
